• Take medications as prescribed
• Rest enough
• Do light exercise. Stop if feel tired or palpitation.
• See doctor regularly
• Avoid food with strong flavor especially salty
• Avoid condiments
• Control weight and exercise, under supervision of your doctor for safety
• Control blood glucose and blood pressure levels to be close to normal as much as possible
• Avoid medications that have side effects on the kidney such as steroids and pain relievers.
